Optional Features – Special Notes Special Notes Dimensions are approximate on the price list and in the catalog. Decorative stitching on leather items is not available on fabric. All items are shipped in shrink wrapped packaging without any upcharge. All throw pillows are optional – not included in any pricing. All sofa styles are available in a loveseat. Queen sleepers are available on selected styles noted in wholesale price list. All seat cushions and foam meets California Fire Standards. Brass Nails Additional brass nails can be applied for an upcharge. Arm Caps Available on all fabric sofas, loveseats, sleepers, sectionals, and chairs. If ordering arm caps with the products the fabric should be an exact match, but when ordered later exact match cannot be guaranteed due to dye lot variations from shipment to shipment from the fabric mills. This cost does not include shipping. Headrest A rectangle hemmed headrest is available for an additional charge. Contrasting Welt Available on any welted style. It is important to specify on what part of the piece the contrasting welt will go on such as cushions, backs, pillows, arms, etc. Throw Pillows Four sizes of throw pillows are offered with any style or can be ordered as a separate item. Leather is sold on a per hide basis with hides ranging from 38 to 55 square feet. Cut yardage or leather pricing does not include shipping costs. COM Information Please use the COM Identification Form in the back of our wholesale price list when placing COM orders. Please use the first grade of fabric when figuring COM pricing. Please use the Value grade when figuring COL leather pricing. All yardage requirements shown in the price list is based on 54" plain yardage. Fabrics, which have a repeat that is to be matched or are less than 54" wide, will require additional yardage. The following chart should be used to determine correct COM yardage requirements. Please add the indicated percentage to the yardage shown in the price list. This will cover most COM orders, but there will be exceptions due to unusual repeats or designs. All COM fabric or leather will not be cut unless specific instructions on line up or match of fabric is sent in writing to our customer service department. To expedite your order please use our COM Identification Form found in the back of our wholesale price list. The standard application of COM fabric is with the face side of the fabric to the inside of the roll. If it is to be applied any other way it must be noted on the order and the COM fabric patterns should be identified as applied vertically or horizontally on the frame. We cannot be held responsible for receipt of defective COM fabrics, as we apply all COM material as first quality goods. Please identify COM fabrics that are sent to us with the store name, order number, style number, and your customer’s name. Please attach a small cutting of the COM to your order for proper identification. Should you have questions about the yardage requirements for a patterned COM, please call, fax, or write to us before placing your order for the fabric. No leather hide is perfect. There will be markings that are considered nature’s signatures. Scratches, insect bites, fat wrinkles, brands and healed scars are present on every hide. These are part of the beauty of leather furniture and for that reason no two pieces of genuine leather furniture are alike. There will also be variations in color not only from hide to hide, but from one end of the hide to the other. Please keep this in mind when ordering leather upholstery. Cleaning Codes S Clean this fabric with pure solvents (Petroleum Distillate-Based Products).Professional dry-cleaning is recommended. Caution: Use of water-based or detergent-based solvent cleaners may cause excessive shrinking. W Clean this fabric with water-based foam to remove overall soil. Many household cleaning agents are harmful to the color and life of a fabric. SW Clean this fabric with water-based cleaning agents, foam or pure solvents (Petroleum Distillate-Based Products). X Clean this fabric only by vacuuming or light brushing to prevent accumulation of dust or grime. Water-based foam or solvent-based cleaning agents of any kind may cause excessive shrinking or fading. Finishes The following finishes are available on any style at no extra cost. Mahogany Cherry Walnut Chestnut Briarwood Honey Glazed The standard wood finish is walnut. Cushion Options Our standard seating is our Ultra Plush Spring Down cushioning system. Pocketed coil springs are encased in a high density foam core. The cushion is then wrapped with a layer of special fiber, topped with a mixture of down and feathers that adds a soft, very plush feel to our seating. Each cushion is placed inside of a sewn down proof tick. Most companies offer this cushion at an upgrade price while we offer it in our standard pricing. A blend of down, feathers and fibers can also be offered in any sewn back pillow. Terms Our credit terms are Net 30 days from the date of shipment from our factory. A service charge of 1% per month will be added on all past due invoices. All orders are subject to credit approval. Prices, specifications and materials are subject to change without notice. Cancellations Once the order has been placed into production and has been cut no cancellations or changes can be accepted. Damages/Shortages Our products are packaged with the utmost care to make sure they arrive to the dealer in a safe manner. Please unwrap and inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. Any freight damage or shortage should be noted on the bill before signing. If damage is discovered after delivery please notify the carrier at once to request an inspection. McNeilly-Champion will not assume any responsibility for loss or damage incurred in transit. The dealer must collect from the carrier by notifying their claims department immediately. Returns/Allowances Before a return can be accepted the dealer must obtain a RMA number from customer service. No allowances will be made for transit damage, freight overcharge, or damage while in the possession of a dealer or dealer’s customer. Any factory defect must be reported to customer service within 30 days after receipt of the product. No authorized allowances can be made except from personnel at the home office of McNeilly-Champion. It is the responsibility of field personnel to examine any defective products and report to the home office their findings and suggestions to help resolve the issue. Field personnel will not make promises or obligate the company by any agreement without final authorization from the home office. No automatic customer charge backs will be accepted. We do not guarantee dye lot match on items ordered separately. Dye lots can vary several shades lighter or darker than swatch. Sales Aids Sales aids are available to dealers and designers. This includes a full set of leather swatches, catalog, and finish card. |
